Highlights of the Tour

Itinerary

You will be wake up from Zanzibar and be transferred to the airport for your flight to Seronera which departs at 7:35 a.m. arriving in Seronera at 10:50 a.m. Upon arrival at Seronera, you will meet your driver guide who will pick you up and drive you to the park for a full-day game drive. Serengeti is an extremely large and wild game park. It is every traveller's desire to see. Nearly 15000 sq km, this park is truly “the endless plains” as it is known by nomadic Maasai who are found here. Your mind will be amazed by the quantity and wildlife inside Serengeti. It is the home of the Big Five (lion, leopard, bush elephant, African buffalo and black rhino). It is also famous for its annual migration and beautiful landscapes. Serengeti is a treat to visit not just for animals but also for its vast and varied species. Later in the evening, you will drive to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay.

The sound of Africa arouses you from sleep and you will freshen up and go to the main area for breakfast. After breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up and drive to the park for a full-day game drive. If you love animals, then Serengeti is a good place to be. Here you will find the real Mufasa, Nala, Simba and Scars, thanks to the Disney film “The Lion King”. There are around 3,000 lions living in the Serengeti ecosystem. They are relatively easy to spot not just because of their numbers but also because they like to move about for hours each day under the trees. In fact, lions can move around about 20 hours a day. The Serengeti also has bush elephants, cape buffaloes, birds like the kori bustard, Fischer’s and many others. As the afternoon begins to end, you will make your way towards your lodge for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay. Main Destination: Serengeti National Park Accommodation: Four Seasons Safari Lodge Luxury+ lodge located inside Serengeti NP Meals & Drinks: All meals included All drinks (Except for spirits/liquor)

You will wake up early for breakfast. Today you will drive to the 8th Wonder of the World for a full-day game drive spotting wildlife. Ngorongoro Crater, also known as “Africa’s Garden of Eden" is a well-preserved natural phenomenon that has become a sanctuary for all kinds of wildlife. It is 190km from Arusha town. First, there is a volcanic caldera full of grassland, forest and swamp, a settling jaw of beauty. Secondly, the permanent water of the crater floor supports a resident population of more than 25,000 large mammals. Here you will find many reasons you choose to come to safari: leopards, lions, black rhinos, hyenas, wallowing zebras, waterbucks, baboons and many others. Later in the evening, you will drive to your lodge which is located inside the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will drive to the Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. This is the sixth largest park in Tanzania but even with its small size, the park has a lot to offer you more than you can ever imagine. It gives visitors excellent bird-watching opportunities throughout the year and an authentic lifetime experience. Tarangire is famous for the largest herds of elephants and baobabs trees. This park offers unique and diverse landscapes compared to any other park in the Northern Circuit. The permanent source of water makes plenty of wild animals migrate here during the dry season. You will find herds of elephants, buffalos, and populations of lions, giraffes, and leopards. Later in the evening, you will be transferred to Arusha to your accommodation for an overnight stay or to Kilimanjaro for your onward flight. Please book the flight that departs from 9:00 p.m. onwards.
